Privacy Policy

What We Collect

• Email address — used for account authentication (magic-link sign-in) and transactional emails (export confirmations, payment receipts). Required to use the service.
• Notion integration token — stored ONLY if you connect via Notion OAuth — encrypted with AES-256-GCM, used to read the pages you granted. If you paste a token manually, it is used once per export and never stored.
• Payment data — processed by Paystack. We store only the transaction reference, amount, currency, and status for accounting. We never see or store your card details.
• Usage data — anonymous analytics (page views, feature usage) via PostHog. No personally identifying information is included in analytics events.
• Generated PDFs — stored in a private cloud bucket for 24 hours, then automatically deleted.

What We Never Collect

• Your Notion password (we use official API tokens, not credentials)
• Your card details (Paystack handles all payment data)
• Your Notion page content (after the export is complete)
• Cookies for advertising or tracking

Data Retention

• PDF files: deleted after 24 hours (automatic cleanup)
• Notion tokens: never stored — used once, discarded immediately
• Auth data (email): retained while your account is active
• Payment records: retained for accounting and dispute resolution
• Export history (page URL, status): retained for your dashboard

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage (EU/US regions)
• Paystack — payment processing (Kenya)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• PostHog — anonymous product analytics

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to request a copy of your data, request deletion of your account and associated data, and object to processing. Email us at support@notionpdfpro.com and we will respond within 30 days.
