The Service

NotionPDF Pro converts Notion pages to PDF files using the official Notion API. You provide a page URL and an integration token; we render and return a PDF. One export credit is consumed per successful export.

Pricing & Credits

• Price: $29.00 USD one-time payment for 50 export credits
• Credits never expire
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• One free watermarked export is provided on signup
• Failed exports automatically refund the credit

Refund Policy

• Full refund: within 30 days of purchase, if you have not used any credits
• Partial refund: within 7 days, if you have used credits (case-by-case, contact us)
• Failed exports never consume a credit (automatic refund)
• Refunds are processed via Paystack to the original payment method

Acceptable Use

• Only export content you own or have explicit permission to export
• Do not use the service to scrape or bulk-harvest content you don't own
• Do not resell PDFs generated by the service as a competing product
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or credit deduction
• Do not share your account credentials with others

Data & Security

If you connect via Notion OAuth, we store an encrypted access token (AES-256-GCM) for the pages you granted. If you paste a token manually, it is used once per export and never stored. Generated PDFs are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We cannot access your Notion workspace outside of the specific export you initiate. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Limitation of Liability

NotionPDF Pro is provided "as is." Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us ($29.00). We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. The service depends on Notion's API availability — we are not responsible for Notion outages.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 24/7 uptime. PDF files are retained for 24 hours only. Export your downloads promptly.

Changes to Terms

We will notify you by email if these terms change materially. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts or by mutual agreement.
